Solution

1. Open the control panel, switch the viewing mode to large icons, find and open the Internet option. 2. In the Internet Properties window, switch to the Connection tab, select LAN Settings, uncheck "Use proxy server for LAN", and finally click OK. 3. If the problem is still not solved, you can check the Use TLS 1.2 option on the Advanced tab or restore the advanced settings, and finally decide.
