3253877 – ICM – SSSLERR_EWOULDBLOCK for SSL handshake failure
Solution
Increase the icm/conn_timeout parameter to see if there is a performance issue somewhere in the network or target host
If the above doesn’t help, check for a flawed (and misconfigured) network middleware (“firewall”) between the hosts
Have your network team run/analyze network traces from the client (SAP side) and target server side as described in SAP note 1227116 – Creating network traces
