Solution

In order to solve the error 6d9 problem that Win7 is prone to, you can do it as follows:

1. Open the running window, use the keyboard combination Win+R, and enter [services.msc] to open the service window. Check that the Print Spooler and Windows Firewall services are started, as error 6d9 is generally caused by a later service not started.

2. If both of the above services have been started, you can continue to use the Win+R keys to run [shell:::{d450a8a1-9568-45c7-9c0e-b4f9fb4537bd}] to open the [Installed Updates] interface. Find the patches [KB5006670 and KB5005539] shown below, right-click and select Uninstall.

3. Next, find and uninstall KB5005565, KB5005566, KB5005567, KB5005568, KB5005569, KB5006670, KB5006671, KB5006672, KB5007186, KB5007206, KB5007253, KB5007266, KB5008212, KB5008218, and other latest patches. After all uninstalls, if you still can’t uninstall properly, you can use the following code to create a batch file named Repair .bat and run the file as an administrator:

@reg add “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlPrint” /f /v “RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyE
