Error

connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Solution

1. Open Control Panel, click System and Security

2. Click System, select “Advanced System Settings”

3. Click Environment Variables

4. In User Variables or System Variables, edit the variable named GOPROXY (if it does not exist, click New)

5. Set the value of GOPROXY to the domestic mirror address
